made in the 5x7 hoop.
Each set includes 3 panels that are tied together with ribbon. Stuff the panels with your favorite Sweet Sixteen

This is different from the other Cake panels as it does NOT have
satin Stitch borders and it creates a pocket on the inside of the
panel so that you can tuck extra gifts into your cake. Quick
